The month of May couldn’t have started better. With its first Monday being to boldly fashionable. Met Gala 2018 took place on the 7th of May at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. The theme for this year was, “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and Catholic Imaginations” and we surely did witness some breathtaking heavenly fashion. Here we have for you our top 10 picks of the best dressed women!

 

  1. BLAKE LIVELY

Blake Lively took the gala by a magnificent heavenly storm in a Versace gown. She looked regal in the long, ruby gown with a dramatic trail and headgear.

  1. GIGI HADID

She dazzled the red carpet in a stain glass inspired, thigh high slit gown from Versace. She styled a sparkly sleeve with her strapless gown which definitely polished her look even further.

  1. KATY PERRY

The singer spread her wings at the gala, quite literally. She justified the gala’s theme and looked like an angel in the Versace dress and gold boots.

Like every single time, Riri killed it again. She arrived at the red carpet in a pearl and crystal studded Maison Margiela gown. It had an over skirt which cut open to reveal a mini skirt, a matching jacket and mitre style hat.
