Top 3 Skin Care Tips for Winter's Brides

We Indians absolutely love having and attending weddings in winters. No stress of runny makeup or sweat, the chilly weather makes everything better. But our skin doesn’t adore winters as much as our heart does and this creates a problem for the winter brides. Dry and flaky skin is every girl’s issue but facing this during the wedding days is a nightmare. So we have for you some tips to make sure your skin care regimen is winter ready!

  1. C-T-M

Cleansing-toning-moisturizing is something that we should do throughout the year. But during winters that too right before your wedding it should become your religion. You’ll be surprised by how soft and velvety your skin will become with this simple routine.

Styl-Tip: if you have oily skin then avoid products which have fruit oils in them as that might make your skin oilier.

PRODUCTS: 1. CLEANSERS: Neutrogena oil-free acne grapefruit cleanser, Clinique redness solution soothing cleanser, the body shop tea tree skin cleansing facial wash; TONERS: Clarins toning lotion with chamomile, Clinique clarifying lotion; MOISTURIZERS: NARS Terre Neuve pure radiant tinted moisturizer, Clinique moisture surge intense skin fortifying hydrator, Garnier skin-active moisture rescue refreshing gel cream.

  1. SHEET MASKS

If you’re a lazy girl (like me!) with dry skin and flaky skin then sheet masks should be your bae! I absolutely love how handy, easy to use and effective they are. They come in so many options and give fast results when used regularly. So use them twice a week for at least a month before your wedding and enjoy the glow!

PRODUCTS: Lapcos sheet masks: charcoal, honey, and pearl

  1. LOCK IN THE MOISTURE

I simply love this part because here I get to use my lovely essential oils. In winters our skin’s needs stay hydrated all the time from both the inside and outside. And essential oils are the key to keep our skins glowing. Massaging your face with a few drops of your favorite essential oil will leave you a naturally glistened look.

PRODUCTS: Bodhi essential oils- Patchouli, Cedarwood and Sandalwood

These are some foolproof tips to make your skin winter ready. And for the winter brides, this is the Holy Grail. The more religiously you follow it the better results you get. For any further queries or to get styled reach us at STYL-INC.
